Cochin Shipyard Limited Recruitment 2025–26 has been announced by CSL. Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), a Mini Ratna Schedule ‘A’ Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India, has announced a recruitment drive for the year 2025–26. Through this notification, CSL aims to fill 132 permanent Workmen category posts, offering a secure and long-term career opportunity for eligible Indian candidates.

Posts Offered

The recruitment includes several technical and non-technical positions such as Assistant, Storekeeper, Junior Technical Assistant, Senior Ship Draftsman and Laboratory Assistant. These posts are available across disciplines including Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Civil.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for these posts must possess the required Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree qualifications along with the prescribed post-qualification work experience. Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will be appointed under Pay Scales W6 and W7, with an approximate monthly salary ranging from ₹41,000 to ₹43,000. Selection Process

As per the notification, the selection process will include an online written examination, followed by a descriptive or practical test, depending on the post. There will be no negative marking, and the final merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained by candidates.

Age Limit and Reservation

The maximum age limit for applying is 35 years as on 12 January 2026. Age relaxation and reservation benefits will be provided to eligible candidates belonging to OBC, SC, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen categories as per Government of India rules.
