The Assam Police Constable Recruitment 2026 process has been officially reopened by the State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB), Assam. As per the latest extended notification dated 13-02-2026, eligible candidates can now apply online again for 1052 Constable (UB) and 663 Constable (AB) posts in Assam Police.

Earlier, the application process was conducted from 16-12-2025 to 16-01-2026. However, as per the corrigendum notice, the online application portal has been reopened from 15-02-2026 to 28-02-2026 for eligible candidates who could not apply earlier.

A total of 1715 vacancies will be filled under this recruitment drive. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria are advised to submit their online applications before the revised deadline.
